BP 200+/100+
Na:LOW
K:LOW
Creat:250 and increasing, ie. CrCl:<30ml/min

and you insisted

HCTZ 50mg od (instead of prazosin/methyldopa "because I don't feel like it")
N/S 4pints/24hr
ORS 2packs qid
Slow K 2tab od
Mist KCl 30ml tds

you were basically over flooding the patient and then draining them again.

is your ego really that important?or is it simply because you defaulted your appointment with HBUK?

Mr Cassidy a/l Devarajooh

I'm addressing you as Mr because I personally DONT'T respect you as a Doctor.

I was the one who insisted to stop giving perindopril and do a BUSE/Creat as patient's serum creatinine was increasing.

I was the one who discovered the "bilateral renal arterial stenosis" scribbled in the patient's appointment card and informed you immediately.

You were the one who insisted that it's necessary to increase patient's perindopril dose from 2mg to 8mg and that "I don't give a damn about doing another BUSE/Creat"

You were the one who shouted "fcuk!fcuk!fcuk!why did they write it in an ortho appointment card?!!!" when i told you about it.

You were the one who went around later on telling others that it was "the pharmacist" who told u it's okay to give perindopril 8mg to a bilateral renal arterial stenosis patient.

and today,

You claimed that "if i myself did any mistakes,i'll definately admit."

yea rite.
